The programming is centralized to avoid duplicate programming for the customer service representatives and online sales. This module works on any type of computer that has access to the Internet and is updated automatically.
Our solution provides a multitude of reports in order to meet the requirements of everybody in your organization, from the customer service representative at the box office to the general manager. The reports are accessible not only from the application but also securely from any computer that has access to the Internet. Our odbc interface allows you to build your own reports with tools like Excel and Crystal Reports.
Our solution allows for the integration of our customers' websites with our own transactional site. This module enables the user to create bilingual websites in the languages of their choice. The transactional site is very powerful and is able to process sales in excess of 100,000 tickets / hour. Security audits are also performed regularly by a third party.
This module allows the customer to grant access to producers to a variety of reports that give them real-time information about their events.
